Eric is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, as well as Judo. He is also the owner of Pyramid CrossFit and Pyramid Martial Arts in Tennessee. We discuss his Martial Arts background in TKD, competing in MMA and the IKF, his career as an adult competitor on the Jiu-Jitsu circuit and things he has going on with his academy and CrossFit box.
