Known by many who follow him as "Chewy," Nick Albin has one of the most popular jiu jitsu youtube channels on the internet.  Right out the gate we start talking about reading, personal development, note taking, then transition to a short discussion about his videos, where he gets inspiration for his content, training for success in sport jiu jitsu, and injury recovery.  Chewy is a super smart dude and it was a pleasure getting to talk to him.
