It was great catching up with Mark on the podcast!  He is on the show to talk about his journey in the martial arts, training at Jackson's in ABQ, meeting his instructor, Alberto Crane, owning an academy in California and the Jiu-Jitsu scene there pre and post pandemic.  We also talk about some values that make the culture unique at his academy and how he still finds the motivation to train, ride, ruck and stay active.  Mark is a fantastic black belt and instructor and it was an absolute pleasure having him on the show!
