这周二的早晨，我推着久久在家门口散步。空气很新鲜，阳光淡淡地铺在地上，我们从金黄的树叶上踩过，暖暖的秋色沁人心脾。一位热心的邻居跟我们打招呼，还送了我们一本书，我一看正好是上周读过的《Goodnight Moon》的姊妹篇《My World》，缘，妙不可言。

这本书延续了简洁、重复的语言风格，由小兔子的口吻出发，向读者展示“这是我的书、我的椅子、我的世界”。书中的句子短小、节奏感强，非常适合亲子共读，帮助小宝宝在阅读中认识身边熟悉的事物，建立安全感和归属感。

On Tuesday morning, I took Jojo for a stroll just outside our home. The air was fresh, and the gentle sunlight spread softly across the ground. We stepped over golden leaves, soaking in the warm autumn colors. A kind neighbor greeted us and even gave us a book—when I looked, it happened to be the sister book to Goodnight Moon, which we read last week: My World. What a wonderful coincidence!

This book continues the same simple, repetitive language style, narrated in the little bunny’s voice, showing readers: “This is my book, my chair, my world.” The short, rhythmic sentences make it perfect for parent-child reading, helping little ones recognize familiar things around them while building a sense of security and belonging.

Welcome to Jojo’s Story House. Today we’ll step into a gentle and timeless classic — “Goodnight Moon.” In this quiet little room, the bunny says goodnight to everything around: goodnight to the moon, goodnight to the red balloon, goodnight to the little stars that softly shine… With each farewell, we too slowly let go of the noise of the day and get ready to drift into sweet dreams. 🌙✨

In this episode, I’ll first read the English version, and then the French version — “Bonsoir Lune.” Through these different languages, I hope to share the same peace and tenderness with you and your little one.

The story is all about love. The book is called I Love You Like No Otter. It’s full of fun rhymes and adorable animals, each showing us how love can be playful, gentle, and forever.

是不是很动人呢？就像这段祝福一样，今天我们要读的绘本也在讲爱。这本书叫《I Love You Like No Otter》，书里有很多可爱的动物和押韵的句子，告诉我们爱可以是温柔的、快乐的，也会一直陪伴着我们。

“On the Day the Horse Got Out / 马儿跑出来的那一天” is a playful, rhythmic picture book where one runaway horse sets off a chain of funny and surprising events — from ringing bells to flying birds, from crying clouds to dancing kids.

It’s full of repetition, anticipation, and lively imagery, perfect for reading aloud. This book is extra special to me because it’s the very first one my daughter Jojo borrowed from the San Jose Public Library — and today, I’m sharing my own Chinese translation with you.

非常值得纪念，所以久久妈妈特意翻译了中文版本，想和大家一起分享这个有趣的故事。
