Photographer, Dancer, Yogi, Reiki Master, Certified Breathworker and Sound healer.  Today I have the pleasure of sharing space with my close friend Camo Lionheart.  In our conversation we go into why Camo was drawn to breath work and how this practice has impacted his healing journey for himself and others.  We dip into Kundalini yoga and talk about my limited, but growing, understanding of inner child and shadow work.
