Summer is beautiful time in the PNW. And with that lovely weather, comes outdoor events! Today I am talking with Camo Lionheart and Kylee Gies about their upcoming event, Mandala: Tending to our inner life-cycles. This is the second year that Camo and Kylee have teamed up for an all day, outdoor healing offering and I'm honored to again be a part of it. This conversation is a snapshot of what will be spoken about or worked through within the safety of this all day event. We will spend this time introducing and expanding on some of the concepts and mindsets we are presenting and working towards within this offering. Grief surfing and grief composting are 2 very intriguing concepts that were just introduced to me through this talk, and will more than likely be revisited as a topic of it's own show. Behavior activation, expression is the opposite of depression & viewing challenges and obstacles as opportunities are also avenues that we explore in this talk. Community, or common unity is important to us as humans and to our growth as a humanity. Join us as we traverse this path.
