I was sitting in a meditation recently and a statement popped in my head. "You realize that you've benefited from sexism, racism & separatism among other things, and in some ways you've participated in it." That was a very hard thing for me to understand about myself. But when I took an honest look at my past, I could see a lifetime of examples staring back at me. That's not the human I want to be. Todays episode is about this difficult realization. So I invited Developmental Psychologist, Jen Jensen on to hold space for me as I continue to unpack this. This isn't the cry of a victim. This is an attempt to be a better human.
