Chris is a dear friend and a gifted clinical therapist with degrees from Bastyr University and University of Washington.  Chris has a beautiful way of helping people with his knowledge, but also has one of the most approachable and comedic personalities of the healers that I've met.  We talk about his path, his methodology for his healing sessions as well as how to build and sustain a healthy community.  Whether you find clinical help on your healing path, or holistic help, there are many options to heal our trauma.
