Lauren Fay is a reiki master, sound healing practitioner and an amazing human.  She has been on a healing journey which took her through Mexico for the past many months.  In our talk today we chat about how to really love your ego.  We hear so much about eradicating the ego, but it has a place with us.  Our path is to learn how to love our ego and how to communicate properly with it.  We talk about Thang and his infamous "non-bell" meditation.  But we end up spending a bit of time on how success is personally defined.  How are you defining it?  Is your definition of success even achievable by your own standards?  We base a lot of our expectations and goals around vocabulary that is defined by others.  How do you define you?  Have you defined you?  What are you waiting for?
