I have been wanting to get Mahina on the podcast since it was just a thought in my head.  Mahina is an entrepreneur who decided to open a new business called Style Embodied, during a precarious time in our existence.  We talk about this exciting new business which mixes energy work, life coaching and the search for your authentic style.  This is very intriguing to me and an extremely unique mix of skills.  We talk a bit about cultural appropriation and the colonizing of yoga.  These are important topics to address and to keep front of mind as we explore new avenues of knowledge.  Please pay respects to the culture of the knowledge you are finding.  We wrap up our conversation with a talk on vulnerability, the individuals path to sobriety and how to strengthen your intuition.
