I recorded this interview with Tracy a little while back, with the understanding that we wouldn't be the ones to break the "Big News."  Well, it's finally here!  And now we get to talk about her newest business venture!  But on the journey to this "news", we talk about the experiences in Tracy's life that drew her to yoga and wellness.  We talk about her new business opportunities, one of those being Lifestyle & Wellness Connection. A place where all people can access health, wellness and community.  Tracy is a wearer of many hats.  It's beautiful to watch an actualization moment happen in real time.  I believe this is one of those times for Tracy.
