Passion shows itself in many different ways.  Today, I am talking to Jordan Lydia Verla, a person who is very passionate about her life, her practices and her yoga.  In this episode, we are taking a step into understanding the practice of competitive yoga and how that links to the 84 pose Ghosh practice.  Jordan is very knowledgable in this form of yoga and shares her wisdom of the lineage, helping me understand some of the apprehensions and misguided thoughts I had with yoga as a competition.  Some of my highlights from this talk are listening to Jordan's journey with her healing process and how these modalities may be able to help you.  This episode is loaded with little gems of knowledge that have given me a lot to think about and desires to find places in my life to action them.
