Ean is an inspirational human.  He was introduced to Men's work as a child and has found a way to integrate these ideas and teachings into his regular life.  Today, we are talking about how all of us have some type of work to do and the importance of finding the time to put into your own work.   We dive into some of the vocabulary we use to talk about imbalances and how that may be adding to the perceived problem.  In a world that is fraught with human and societal triggers, are you in balance?  If you were out of balance would you know, or do you have a way to find out?  Group healing work is an amazing way to find support and love while on your healing journey.
