Today, I'm honored to have Lauren Fay back on the show!  Lauren and I have both struggled with alcohol & substance usage over the years. Today we are having a healthy and honest talk about alcohol, how this substance affected out lives and how we were able to eventually remove it. We talk about some of the practices that we leaned on during our road to recovery, but we also realize that not all paths are the same. Explore the options for help that are out there and find the path that works best for you. Whether you're removing a substance, a behavior or people that no longer belong in your lives, there's a path of happiness and acceptance on the other side of that obstacle.
