Today, I'm sitting with the talented and multifaceted human, Jeff Hawkins.  With all of Jeff's body movement schooling and yoga certificates, he has a very unique approach to instructing yoga.  After diving into Jeff's path, we take a look at how your ego can and will effect your yoga practice, how to use your mat as a laboratory and how yoga is changing. Once we get rolling, we find our way towards the subject of your Dharma and how to look for and embrace this journey.  I like to associate one's Dharma with your actualization moment(s) in life.  I greatly enjoyed exploring Jeff's journey through life and the tangential conversation that spurred from it.
