Today I'm sitting with Billboard acclaimed musician and half of musical group Aykanna, Pauline Drossart.  Pauline is joining me to continue our talks about suicide prevention and awareness.  Pauline has a very intimate relationship with this subject, having lost 3 of her family members to suicide.  This is a beautifully explorative conversation revolving around our spiritual ideas and practical applications of practices to help us become more open and vulnerable to one another.  We move through ideas about stepping into your adulthood, the hope and love of the new generation as well as exploring Aykanna's new single "Tear Me Up", that was released on Sept 16th.  I am deeply honored to share space with Pauline and cultivate this conversation of honesty and vulnerability.
