Traumas are frightening, often life-threatening, or violent events that can happen to any or all members of the family.  Today I am talking with Susan Pullen, founder of True Radiance Healing Arts in Edmonds, about how we can unpack and understand family trauma.  But sometimes it's not only our current family trauma that we are working with, we also have inherited family trauma to look at.  This can be a lot, so I'm very happy to talk with Susan about the different help and approaches that are available to us. From there we pivot to exploring the importance of our dreams and how we can find meaning in the smallest details.
