We are all impacted by death throughout our lives, and eventually we will face it ourselves. Today I'm welcoming back Allison "Frankie" Danis to help me unpack the recent passing of one of the most impactful humans in my life, my mom. Allison is a Death Doula and Funeral Director, and has a very intimate understanding of this process from both the compassionate side and the logistical side. Death can be fearful and confusing, but it can also be beautiful and tender. From the logistics side, it can be crippling. Allison takes some time toward the end of the talk to walk us through how we can prepare now, for our future death. We don't always know when we're die, but we know it's going to happen eventually.
