Following our dreams can seem like a blissful experience, but may turn out to be a little more difficult than we had thought.  Today I'm talking with actor, writer and producer, Julian Gavilanes, about his journey to become an actor. There is a lot of volatility and uncertainty in the entertainment industry, as with life, so it's very valuable to have practices on the ready to help us reconnect when life doesn't go the way we had planned. How can we embrace the concept of joy, without gripping is so tightly to the idea of it? Can we be malleable to what joy might feel like, instead of making it fit in the box we assigned it to?
