Jo Riley is the founding director of CancerPal which was founded in 2019. It’s an online hub to support the family and friends of those diagnosed with cancer. CancerPal also sells cancer care products to help ease some of the side effects of cancer treatments.
In this episode we talked about challenges with sourcing products and managing stock, having to pivot marketing strategies due to lockdown, the importance of analytics and building a community to support and inform friends and family of cancer patients.
