It’s okay to have a sense of fulfillment, aliveness and freedom. Just let the experience be there and then it will pass and you will move on to the daily
prap-tice, prop-tice of life! You experience the aliveness in the now, and it lasts as long as it lasts, always knowing that you did the footwork and the results are Infinite Loves to provide. This is real peace. To be the observer, is to be present.

December 30, 2022 Almost There - Bumpy, Lumpy, Dumpy!
Hello!
Wow! The year is almost over! We did it! One day at a time, one step at a time. Sometimes one second at a time!
All part of the isness of life. We are now heading to Patreon for our podcasts and the New podcast from Joan of Heart is
Sissy La, La’s! It’s funny to me and I will share how that came to be over at patreon. I have to learn how the podcasts connect however, you have the podcasts coming your direction even if I still don’t quite see the full picture.
So now, How has your last year gone? Do you see that your baselines fluctuate ? That will always be, however now you are able to flow with it.
That is the universal law in effect, Nothing stays the same. You now have some facility moving through without damaging yourself or the ones you love.
That is a beautiful gift.
It all happened One day at a time, in the NOW. Everything is always in the NOW.

The great news is that it will all happen “one day at a time, one step at a time”. And it will always be in the NOW.

Getting closer and closer to Christmas. In reality, it is just the now. There is a tradition that we can follow or not. Our choice.
Just always know you are not alone. We are here. Those of us who have walk through the eye of a needle and have experienced more than we could have imagined. We say to you... We are moving into Christmas and New Year, as well as other holidays like Hanukkah and many others I don’t know about.
However the point of this podcast is so that you know you are not alone! This is your space to be you. You are a Spark of Infinite Love.
I know what it feels like to be in the mind, feel alone, sad, hopeless, unlovable, want to commit suicide, not want to wake up again to the same f’ing life, day in day out.
Don’t give up till the miracle happens!
My Loves, if I am here alive, you too can have a life! Not only a life! You can have a life only you could have imagined. As you are living that said life, you will not even have a thought about all the butt hurt you are moving through now.

Hello Everyone,
We are approaching the New Year. What do you do heading into the New Year?
What shows up for me is to clean house. And so I find myself in the cleaning mode. Internally that is. I learned very early in life, that it was important to take a fearless and moral inventory of myself.
That seems to happen for me during the last quarter of the year. I don’t even think about it, it just happens. It keeps my inner world crisp and responsive.
When something is out of wack, I know it and I take care of it right away. How about you?
