Spencers Place provides training, job coaching and employment for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  Their jobs are empowering  and provide the community with a heart changing experience. Heidi's place in Spencers Place is to coach these individuals in their day to day responsibilities & provide a nurturing learning environment, which she does excellently.
