When the educational systems determines and conditiones our children, they won't become mature. In the best case they become "mature" on the paper, through a certificate. But the true maturity is to take free decisions, to decide based on using the mind in right ways. Another aspect is that we learn things to the children from "the outside". We press learning stuff in them. But we don't learn them to reflect on their own. And there are other aspects too, which lead to the problem that youths don't know what job they will apply for.
