Networking is a muscle. You have to keep USING it and FLEXING it and make sure that you are growing your acquaintances and connections as you gain experience.

You can't get what you don't work for! 

In this episode, I share with you THREE things you can do FROM YOUR COUCH to grow your network. Us introverts? We aren't always about the big dinners and social gatherings. But that does NOT mean we can sleep on building connections in and out of the workplace!!

I also share an example of a time when cultivating a connection in my network gained me a job opportunity.
