I HATE Performance Reviews. I hate giving them. I hate getting them. They are SO uncomfortable. But as a leader, I need to be able to give and receive criticism in a constructive and professional way. So today's episode focuses on the importance of being objective, and taking the review process seriously.

It's ok to feel your feelings. Just don't dwell there!
