It's an old-school Jobbing Out this week, as we go back to the typical format that we haven't seen in a while. In segment one, Glenn, Aaron and AJ talk about RAW, focusing on that final segment. What did it mean? Are they still weighing their Wrestlemania options when it comes to Goldberg? Or was it simply a way to hype the Rumble? And what exactly is in mind for Wrestlemania up and down the card? Also, they talk about the RAW tag division and the cruiserweights.

In segment 2, they shift to Smackdown, where they start by talking again about AJ Styles and John Cena. They praise the fact that Daniel Bryan did indeed give a reason as to why Cena instantly gets a title shot. However, there's a bit of dissension as to if Cena said the right things. They turn to the Miz, where they try to figure out where this all ends if his dropping the title is really moving away from the IC title. What's the play at Mania? Shawn Michaels? Daniel Bryan? Someone else? Plus, who is La Luchadora, the way women are being used on Smackdown, Luke Harper, and more.

In segment 3, they do an old-school quick count, as they talk about Wrestle Kingdom 11, DDP's induction into the Hall of Fame, and the twitter beef between John Cena and Roman Reigns. Plus, what do wrestlers have as their New Year's Resolutions in the return of the Top Five.

It's time for the 2nd annual Jobbie Awards, as the guys look back on a fantastic 2016 when it comes to wrestling. First, they take a quick look at the week of wrestling, focusing mainly on Smackdown. They talk Cena's return and how that was handled, American Alpha winning the title and ask why this was pushed up, and question who La Luchadora might be.

In the 2nd segment, it's time for the Jobbies. They give out their awards from categories ranging from Superstar of the Year to Best Match to yes, Jobber of the Year. The most contentious debate comes during feud of the year, where Glenn gets so heated that he has to leave the studio for a period.

In the final segment, the guys make their sure-to-be-correct predictions for 2017, which includes guesses about Braun Strowman, Asuka, The Rock, and Cody Rhodes, amongst others.

The show starts off with talk about Roadblock and RAW, including where we're going with Owens/Jericho, and if it's eventually going to lead to a title match at Mania. They try to figure out where the sudden Braun Strowman push is going, as well as what the women's title match for Wrestlemania is.

In segment 2 (41:40) they shift their talk over the Smackdown, where the talk is all about The Miz and the sudden injection of reality into Smackdown Live. Renee Young is the topic of conversation, and if she's going to step into the ring, and Glenn questions the use of women in a physical role, knowing that men can't fight back.

In segment 3 (1:07:00) Jobbing Out is joined by a very special guest, as Charlie Ebersol, director of the 30 for 30 "This Was The XFL" calls in to talk about the documentary and more. They talk about all his memories from the XFL, talking to Vince McMahon for the documentary, as well as some great stories about Saturday Night Main Event. After the interview, the guys wrap up with the talk of NXT's new #1 contender, plus, Total Nonstop Deletion.

Jobbing Out starts with AJ and Aaron regaling Glenn with stories of their time at Smackdown and Tribute to the Troops. This turns into a debate on if Tribute to the Troops has become watered down, with Aaron comparing what we saw this week to what we saw in the first decade of the event. They talk about the New Day/Club/Shield segment, and if it could have any real meaning in the future, plus ask what happens to Mojo Rawley if Zack Ryder is on the shelf for a considerable time.

In Segment 2 (31:00) the guys make their Roadblock: End of the Line picks, and somewhat surprisingly, most of the matches have different takes from the guys. The most contentious matches include Sami Zayn/Braun Strowman, Sasha/Charlotte, and what to do with the WWE World Tag Team championships.

Finally, in segment 3 (1:00:37), they talk to Ken Doane, Kenny from the Spirit Squad. They talk about his recent return to the WWE, the beginnings of the Spirit Squad, as well as what went wrong at the end of his first run. He talks about pushing to get a full-time job with WWE, plus the upcoming House of Hardcore show that he's a part of. After Kenny leaves, they wrap up by talking about John Cena's SNL appearance, and what his future holds.

While we've done shows from multiple studios in the past, Jobbing Out this week is a bit different, as we start the show in the studio, and then by the end, we end up at the Baseball Winter Meetings. Aaron and AJ start off together for the first two segments. In the first segment, they talk everything TLC and Smackdown, starting with James Ellsworth surprise decision at TLC. They ask if it's a real heel turn, and try to piece together exactly where they're trying to go with it. They move on to the Wyatt Family winning, and how long they can run with the latest team to use the Freebird Rule. They also talk Alexa Bliss winning the title and ask whether they botched the Natalya "reveal".

Segment 2 (29:00) starts with RAW talk. They break down the interactions between Owens and Jericho, and ask if that's what we're getting at the Rumble, and where they could go from there. They also both question the assumption that everyone has been operating under that The New Day is definitely breaking Demolition's record after this week's RAW and the draw between The Club and Cesaro and Sheamus. They talk about the upcoming ironwoman match, plus ask if WWE is making a conscious effort to move somewhat away from "PG". Then (47:00) they turn their attention towards NXT, and the big title change from the weekend. They agree it was the right move, but are unsure exactly where to go for the next Takeover. They talk about the #1 contender tournament, and run down the possibilities. Aaron then brings up Tye Dillinger, and his statement from this past week, and they discuss the possibility of something happening that really hasn't happened before, involving Dillinger. Finally, they wrap up talking about the new women signees, and how it could impact the NXT women's division.

In segment 3, AJ departs and the show moves to the Baseball Winter Meetings (1:04:00), where Glenn comes in, and Aaron and Glenn are joined by Brian Knobbs and Jerry Sags, The Nasty Boys. They all talk about The Legends of Wrestling tour, and how that got started. They cover topics including Hulk Hogan, Goldberg, hardcore wrestling, and how the role of women in wrestling has expanded since their time. After that, Aaron and Glenn wrap up the show by talking about Matt Hardy showing up at ROH's Final Battle, Linda McMahon joining the Cabinet, and the release of the list of the top matches of 2016 on the Network.

The show starts off with talk of everything RAW, revolving mostly around Sasha and Charlotte. Should the title be switching so quickly, and what's their ultimate goal? The guys also touch on The New Day, Paul Heyman, and Rusev/Enzo.

Segment 2 (27:45) is all about Smackdown and TLC. Interestingly, the picks seem more about how events will go down than the finishes themselves, as the guys predict several matches to wrap up in funny ways, including the main event, and there are several disagreements in how they'll go down, particularly in the women's matches.

Segment 3 (55:15) begins with a WWE Hall of Famer. Hacksaw Jim Duggan joins us before he comes to town for MCW's Seasons Beatings. He talks about his career, including winning the Royal Rumble and feuding with Andre the Giant. He also discusses his special bond with the fan, especially some of the younger fans. Finally (1:10) the show wraps up with talk of 205 Live, why Glenn gets so emotional about Rich Swann, and the rumors of WWE trying to "raid" Ring of Honor.

A Thanksgiving week episode of Jobbing Out, as they break down the wild weekend of WWE. They start by talking about NXT Takeover, and what the plan is with Shinsuke Nakamura and Samoa Joe. After a comment from Aaron starts a war between the hosts about the future of NXT, they move on to Goldberg/Lesnar and the rest of Survivor Series. Somewhat surprisingly, nobody on the show had a huge issue with the finish of Goldberg/Lesnar, though Aaron and Glenn do share some slight concerns. They finish off segment two by talking about how RAW was impacted by Survivor Series, and how it impacted the Universal title picture, and how WWE should use The New day. Finally, in segment 3, they talk about Smackdown's side of things. They ask what the endgame is for James Ellsworth, if they'll finally fully take the plunge with Bray Wyatt, and wonder if Shane and Daniel Bryan are losing control of the inmates.

It's a rather disjointed show, but a huge one, for Jobbing Out this week. The show starts as it always should for a PPV week, as the guys make their picks, not just for Survivor Series, but for NXT as well. They ask if this is the least-hyped NXT Takeover ever, and while they are on the same page for the most part for the weekend, there's a big difference in opinion in the Survivor Series matches. In the second segment, Aaron departs temporarily and Glenn and AJ talk about what Shawn Michaels could do for a return, if he actually returned to the ring. Plus, they talk about Chris Jericho and if, as great as he's been, he's actually been a hindrance to guys like Kevin Owens and Seth Rollins because of how over his character is right now.

Finally, in the third segment, Glenn and Aaron are joined by WWE Superstar, and Baltimore native, Rich Swann. They talk about things ranging from the state of the WWE cruiserweight division and the addition of the show 205 Live to the Network, to what it was like growing up a wrestling fan in Baltimore, to whether he prefers coming out to "Around the World" or Lionel Ritchie. After he departs, they wrap up by talking about the Joey Styles situation, and Lucha Underground's new champion.

As the guys gather after a wild week, they start with talking about RAW, and AJ asks a rather startling question: "How soon will Braun Strowman be the Universal Champion?" After running through their Survivor Series predictions, they look at Daniel Bryan's decision to make Shane McMahon part of the team, the possibility of the cruiserweight division moving to Smackdown, and ask "Does a main event have to be last?"

Finally, they debate what's on everyone's mind: Should WWE go all-in with President-elect Trump? And then, since a member of the WWE Hall of Fame has reached his goal of becoming president, they ask...what secret goals do other WWE Hall of Famers have?

The guys are all in the same studio for once, and quickly start by breaking down Hell in a Cell. All of them were positive about the show, praising putting the women's match on last, as well as the overall quality of the show. However, it's not without some complaining, as Glenn in particular nitpicks about some of the booking decisions. In the second segment they ask a pivotal question: "Are we at the point where James Ellsworth is helping Dean Ambrose get more over?" They also talk about where we're heading with Miz and Daniel Bryan, and also Survivor Series.

Finally, in the third segment, they talk to hardcore legend Tommy Dreamer-who will be appearing at Primal Conflict Wrestling in Harper's Ferry November 19. Dreamer waxes nostalgic about what got him into wrestling, and about ECW. He also gives his opinion of the state of wrestling in WWE and out, plus if he thinks the company should revive the Hardcore title. After Dreamer, the guys wrap up by talking about the Wrestlemania news, as well as the breaking announcement of #205Live, the new cruiserweight-centric show on the Network.
