Aaron, Glenn, and AJ revel about the return of Shane McMahon on this week's Jobbing Out. They talk about the moment, and where that can lead for Wrestlemania. They also talk about the end of RAW with Triple H and Roman Reigns, and what, if anything WWE should be trying to do about it. They break down the rest of Fastlane and RAW, talking Ambrose/Lesnar, the Wyatt Family, and The Dudleys. They wrap up by talking the ROH 14th anniversary show, the ROH/New Japan partnership, and The Godfather's HOF induction.

Aaron, Glenn, and AJ offer their thoughts and predictions on Fast Lane, and put a little bet on the line. They offer their thoughts on where WWE can go with the main event, and where it points them towards Wrestlemania. After that, before Aaron and Glenn head to their first NXT show, they're joined by wrestling's Queen of Cosplay, Leva Bates, aka Blue Pants from NXT. They talk about where her career her is at, her relationship with NXT, and where she sees women's wrestling going. Finally, they end with talking about ManiaCrawl, Wade Barrett, and the Global Cruiserweight Challenge.

Aaron, Glenn, and Seattle Seahawks D-lineman AJ Francis start the show by paying tribute to Daniel Bryan. They talk about their feelings about what made him so special, and recount some of their favorite moments from the man known as the "American Dragon." They are then joined by TNA wrestler Davey Richards, who had a chance to know Bryan Danielson when they were in ROH together. They talk about his experiences with Bryan, as well as the resurgence in the tag division in TNA. The podcast wraps up with a talk about RAW, including the Dudley Boys heel turn and the suspension to Titus O'Neil. Finally, they talk about who, if anybody, could be the next Daniel Bryan in WWE.

They are then joined by WWE Hall of Famer Bob Backlund, who talks about his career, what Vince McMahon told him when he returned to the ring in the 90s, and how his heel persona came about. They end with looks at Lucha Underground, Chikara, and the possibility of a WWE Network-exclusive tournament.

After an exciting Royal Rumble, Aaron, Glenn and AJ Francis break down everything that happened over the weekend and on RAW. They start by talking about the Rumble match, and if WWE is doing Roman Reigns a disservice with the way they're booking him. Before talking about the rest of the weekend, they are joined by ROH star Frankie Kazarian, who gives his insight on AJ Styles' WWE debut, as well as how he views WWE bringing in so much independent talent. After that, they talk a bit more about Styles debut, plus The Rock's appearance, Sasha Banks' inclusion, and if Flo Rida lost a rap battle worse than Meek Mill. They wrap up by talking Lucha Underground, Austin Aries showing up to NXT, and who AJ would want to wrestle if he ever got in the ring.

Aaron and Glenn are joined in-studio by "The Main Event", Seattle Seahawks defensive lineman A.J. Francis. They talk about his experiences in the NFL playoffs (and if Cam Newton would make for a better face or heel in WWE), before moving on to RAW and Bray Wyatt. They then have their big Royal Rumble preview, taking a look at every match, and what paths WWE could take coming out of the Rumble. Finally, they wrap up by touching on Matt Hardy's TNA title win and taking a look at the prop bets you could make on the Rumble.

Aaron and Glenn talk all about what happened on RAW, from Kalisto's shocking win to how they're booking Roman Reigns. They also discuss the Daniel Bryan rumors, before moving on to their predictions for 2016. They predict aspects all over wrestling from who will win titles to how NXT will be received to what superstars may sign with WWE in the next year. WWE Hall of Famer Jake "The Snake" Roberts joins Jobbing Out to promote the iTunes release of his documentary "The Resurrection of Jake the Snake". He talks about the documentary, what the hardest part was, and how he feels he's getting his life back on track. He also says who he thinks deserves to be in the Hall of Fame. He also comments on NFL quarterback Johnny Manziel and his recent troubles. Jake believes he knows what Manziel is going through, and even offers to help mentor him.

Jobbing Out starts the new year off with a bang. Aaron and Glenn starts off the show talking about all the recent news, including John Cena being injured and the WWE World Heavyweight Title being defended in the Royal Rumble match. They then bring on former WWE writer Court Bauer, who broke the news that AJ Styles and Shinsuke Nakamura were leaving New Japan for WWE. They talk about the implications of those moves for both WWE and New Japan, and ask what WWE should be doing now with them, and with the injuries. Finally, they talk to WWE Hall of Famer Jake "The Snake" Roberts. Jake talks about his documentary, how he's gotten his life back together, who he believes should be in the Hall of Fame, and even offers to mentor Johnny Manziel.

It's the end of the year review for Jobbing Out. Aaron and Glenn talk about their memories, good and bad, from 2015 and break out the individual awards for wrestlers, matches and moments. They are then joined by rising star Lio Rush, who in just a year of wrestling after graduating from the Maryland Championship Wrestling Training Center has already competed for ROH, CZW and other companies up and down the east coast. They talk about his quick rise, his partnership with Patrick Clark and what he expects from 2016.
