We've covered a lot when it comes to how candidates should prepare for interviews, review their resumes, advice on starting their new jobs but I feel we have not focused on what we should look out for in terms of the employer. Employers also need to watch out because lately there are more red flags than ever that arise during job interviews. It is important to look out for them/catch them as you may save yourself from a nightmare job.  Failure is success in progress - a famous quote that is personified when we look at the example of "Squid Games". The massive netflix hit was rejected by studios multiple times over a ten year span prior to being picked up and becoming the success story it is today. I wanted to go over this story and apply it to our everyday lives and passions as we should also adopt this mentality of persevering through set-backs, no matter how many occur, as who knows what we may be sitting on.
