On this episode of Jocks and Nerds United I’m going to discuss coaching. We are going to talk about how a coach has to be the perfect balance between a jock a nerd and just “one of the guys/girls”. We will also touch on how LEADING and not just directing determines the overall effectiveness of a coach’s impact on his players.

Then we will change gears and briefly talk about systemic injustice through the taped up lenses of a black jerd!

And lastly, of course we are gonna have fun on the take it to the deck segment!
