Inclusion Week this year will take place from 19th to 26th September and there will be various events taking place across the county, but there is work being done right throughout the year to help make Roscommon more inclusive for everyone. For Social Inclusion Week 2025, the theme is ‘Better Together’ and all events are about brining people together. With that in mind, Roscommon Libraries are hosting daily afternoon tea and chat events and there are free Textile Upcycling Workshops in Castlerea and Ballaghaderreen. Jody Moylan, is with Roscommon County Council, in the Community Department and he also works closely with the Roscommon Public Participation Network. He joined Adrianne in the studio to talk about Social Inclusion Week, the events taking place, and the work being done to support all communities right across the county.
