Sherri Simms co-founded ABI Advantage LLC ("ABI") in 2014 because of her enthusiasm for the environment and ambition to uncover synergies between occupants' well-being, wise business choices, and sustainability. Sherri manages ABI's day-to-day operations, extracts value from raw data, and presents it in meaningful ways. Sherri volunteers for the school, scouting, or a robotics league or goes hiking, camping, and on excursions with her husband, Leroy, and their three children.

Rich Nunn is a successful energy expert with over a decade of expertise. Rich has developed imaginative technological and financial solutions for his clients. His collaborative approach identifies the most effective ideas and overcomes implementation difficulties. Rich likes hiking with his wife, playing basketball with his kid, and fishing everywhere there's water. "I've never met a donut I didn't like"

Sherri and Leroy Simms discovered there were openings in the commercial mechanical and electrical sectors many years before founding their own firm in 2014. Sherri's expertise in probability, statistics, programming, business administration, and management, and Leroy's 15 years of field experience in HVAC and Building Automation Systems, executing energy calculations and audits, led to the creation of ABI Advantage LLC (ABI).
