As Cal Thomas says, “How can one be devout about one’s faith and not comport with Scripture and the teachings of the Catholic Church?” One retired archbishop says Biden’s views on abortion and homosexuality are so at odds with the teaching of the Church, “he should not receive communion.” The U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops said, “It is deeply disturbing and tragic that any president would praise and commit to codifying a Supreme Court ruling that denies unborn children their most basic human and civil right, the right to life.” HIs views, they said, “would advance moral evils and threaten human life and dignity.” Joe Biden a devout Catholic?
