Joe DeSimone is currently the Recruiting & Business Development Manager at Source One Hospitality out of Chicago. Cutting his teeth in hospitality over twenty years ago, Joe made the transition to the recruiting world to assist in growing the boutique hospitality search firm into multiple markets. He currently oversees relationship management for the company in addition to corporate and unit-level recruitment for some of the company's high-level restaurant and hospitality clients.
