Rains from Imelda will likely spread to coastal Georgia & the Carolinas before Imelda turns eastward Tuesday. Major Hurricane Humberto with 150 mph winds is to the east and will remain out to sea though it will spread surf and high tides to the Eastern US during the week. Dry air covers much of the Northeast and inland areas of the South and Southeast.
