Winter Storm Warnings & Winter Weather Advisories are posted. A new system coming out of the Southwest will make its way across the Middle Mississippi and Ohio Valley. Rain and thunderstorms will occur from Texas east to the Gulf States and Lower Ohio Valley. Some snow on the norther fringe will spread into Upstate NY and interior New England with rain south to the Mid Atlantic and Southeast US Friday night and Saturday.
