Joe Kelley is the man pulling all the strings to get your favorite artist their spotlight at Billboard. He is the Head of Artist Relations at Billboard, most famously known for their charts. 

We got to talk about Joe’s pet peeves when it comes to people reaching out and how to best reach out to him. Joe gets music requests everyday and he knows he can’t listen to everything. But the saving grace is that some artists are even TOO big for Billboard. That is why the up and coming artist always has a place to shine!
