The GetChoGrindUp Podcast | The Next Generation Of Leaders

Life is never easy growing up, especially when you are looked at as "different". At a younger age, these differences are often misunderstood and the comprehension of these differences are commonly generated into bullying. It's an unfortunate truth that many of us have faced growing up.

Fortunately, our newest guest, Randy, has shined a light on this impactful period of his life and has used it to fuel his future endeavors! Once bullied when growing up, Randy has channeled the negative energy to promote what makes him unique to become a successful author and entrepreneur!

From the humble beginnings of Bridgeport, CT, Roberto was determined to make an impact on the soccer world.

He was granted the opportunity, through a collegiate program, to attend Sacred Heart University with his tuition essentially halved on one condition... He had to keep up his grades up.

With the pressure on and the clock ticking, Roberto rose to the occasion and jumped right into the broadcasting world. Through his soccer experience and perfecting his craft, he was able to broadcast for a major sports network, BeIN sports for the Copa America soccer tournament!! The position has also allowed for travel which has brought his to Europe as well!!
