The National Congress of American Indians hears an update from the Tribal Supreme Court Project on October 14, 2021.

NCAI is the largest inter-tribal advocacy organization in the United States. The group held its 78th annual convention virtually due to COVID-19.

Tribal Supreme Court Project Update:

Formed in 2001 in response to a series of U.S. Supreme Court cases that negatively affected tribal sovereignty, the Tribal Supreme Court Project promotes coordination and improves strategy on litigation that may affect the rights of all Tribal Nations.
