George Hantzaras is the Director of Cloud Platform Engineering at Citrix.

He’s an interesting guest because he hasn’t always worked in the enterprise world, in a previous life George worked with start-ups and mid-sized companies so his perspective of Kubernetes adoption and the challenges is a fair one.

George shares the definition of Sovereign Cloud in this chat and we get to hear about his passion project – Ploigos.
