Welcome to the Apogee Fitness Podcast.  Today we had the pleasure of sitting down with local Greenville, SC Business owner, CrossFit Athlete, and Greenville County Council Candidate, Joey Russo.  We had a such a great time learning more about who Joey is, how he was brought up, and how his experiences in school, sports, and working the streets as a Sheriff deputy, prepared him to take the reins of his family's 3rd generation business and gave him the tools required to become an exceptional Public Service official candidate via Greenville County Council.
