Success is determined by what we do during our working hours… and our working hours are not that much.

When you subtract all the off days, family time and vacations, the amount of hours you spend working is little in comparison. Even if you wanted to do more with your time, it seems as if 24 hours in a day is not enough and work-life balance seems impossible.

Have you considered work-life integration instead?

Think about it. The different aspects of our lives are all interconnected with one another. It’s virtually impossible to put them into separate pockets and not expect them to spill into one another. This concept is also applicable when it comes to Chinese Metaphysics.

In today’s video, it’s all about how you can achieve true balance between your personal and professional life through integration. This is something that I observed in many of the successful and highly driven people that I’ve met in my line of work and I hope you can watch the video until the end.
