On Sunday, Matt Larson continued in our series on the Book of John through chapter 3. In the passage, we see that some of John the Baptist’s disciples came to him with the concern that people were now following Jesus instead of John. John’s response is an example to us today, he said that just like a best man at a wedding leads people to see the groom, all he was there to do was point people to Jesus. Similarly for us today as followers of Jesus, our job is to lead people to Jesus and stand aside.
