The last of the first batch of "Keyboard tracks" from my archives. They were all written by myself and were Single finger compositions, experimenting with my oldest son's keyboards. Auto rhythm tracks used for backing. They were all recorded on C -60 tape cassetteson a karaoke machine, in the 70's.

I have a similar number of tracks which were recorded a few years later as his collection of keyboards got larger and gave me a little more more scope for experimentation. Which I am also thinking of covering in Suno, but will take a little break first from this project. Look out for them on the playlist/album called "The Coming Of The Keyboards -2". So original with playlist titles......

At last a new song, after all these covers, etc. I started writing a country rock song but not sure Suno has quite caught the style - however I do like it. The lyrics took me longer to compete than usual, and seem to me to be a little forced - any comments?

I just had to put a strings behind this song, as an experiment, hope you like it.

Another cover, of a track posted last year after using Suno V3 (?). I was not satisfied by the outcome, still over-awed by results at that time, and thought I could do better with v5. It is a little bit incongruous in that it is a happy song (an new start rather than a failure ) after time trying to make a relationship work. I hope it works for you, I have to admit I like this version much better.

I was listening to some of my songs (I do that a lot, nowadays) and did not remember having finished this in Suno. I decided to put that right, how did I forget one of my all-time favourite songs?

After a little exploring my Suno assisted work on Sound Cloud, I did find a version of the song but with a female singer. Now I had a very useable version of me singing to me playing a uke already on Sound Cloud; I qujickly decided to remix this with a cover, utilising V5. The original was sung in quite a low register so I prompted for a bass/baritone voice and kept the instrumentation very sparse to match the style of the original.

Have to admit that I love this version, although with several iterations it had a lot to beat. I hope you like it (or even love it too).

Snowed this morning, artic winds made the snow freeze. Great subject for a song? Well I thought so but the title changed as I considered the lyrics, though I think this makes a better metaphor for a tricky relationship. Hope you like it?

As promised on my last upload, here is a different version with extended instrumental sections; and less vocal repetition. For interest, other aspects of the prompting were exactly similar.

One of my songs. I originally Put through Suno as a jazz number. It is on Soundcloud but it was really experimental, and so decided to try to cover it as an alternative rock number. I am quite satisfied with this version but will be uploading an alternative as my next upload; much the same but with extended instrumental sections - too good not to use. Anyway, hope you like this and as ever, all comments/feedback will be gratefully accepted.

What can I say? I was amazed to discover that I had not covered this song during my time with Suno. Only written a few years ago, and one of my favourites. I thought I had covered "ALL" of the songs I had thought worthwhile - now I am having to check back over the last 21 months or so. Still just think of the fun I will have!

This track is a cover of my original demo, just me and my ukulele so of course the lyric and melody her are my original work. Although all the songs I write have both lyrics and melody, most (especially new songs) are developed in Suno from just the lyrics - getting lazy? Any way hope you like this version and of course I would love to see any comments you may have.
