JOHN FERRITER was the Chairman and CEO of The Alternative, a Management and Entertainment Production Company. Formerly the Managing Director of Octagon Entertainment and the former Executive Vice President Board Member and Worldwide Head of Non-Scripted Television for the William Morris Agency John has packaged or produced literally 100’s of programs and thousands of hours of television. Among the shows he has been associated with include several Garth Brooks TV Specials, “The Arsenio Hall Show,” “Blue Collar TV,” “Fear Factor,” “The Biggest Loser,” “Project Runway,” “The Man Show,” “Chelsea Lately,” “The Tom Green Show,” “Piers Morgan Tonight,” “Larry King Live,” “Dr. Drew,” “Donny & Marie,” “Name That Tune,” “The Weakest Link,” and many more. John was also a successful touring and recording musician having played with The Stingrays and The Tearaways for years.
