Closing out, we hear the President-Elect sing about his love for farm life, and do some mental gymnastics to understand MTG's all-or-nothing approach to Trump's administration.

  • Talk Talk

Its a chilly one today! After reflecting on the abolition of the wind chill (sad), the guys get into the short National Day Calendar, and Today in History with Sam. We debut the new feature showcasing TikTok videos, "Talk Talk," this time with a political rant about racism and "necessary qualifications" that only seem necessary for non-whites and non-women. Later, in Idiocracy, the guys discuss Trump's economic plan (concepts of a plan) and the disastrous effects that tariffs and tax cuts would cause. We talk Nancy Mace, and her crusade against trans bathroom use, with some responses by the Daily Show team and AOC on how ridiculous and violating it is. We also hear from Sarah McBride, the target of the attacks by Mace, about taking the high road, and trying to focus on the real issues her constituents face. Closing out hour one, the discussion turns back to economics, and how many already think things are better, even though Trump hasn't been inaugurated yet.
