I'm a big fan of personal branding, and I often use the analogy that if you were a realtor for Ebby in a small town for 20 years and jumped from Ebby to Remax, what transcends? Was it the Ebby brand or your brand? I would suggest that in a small town, it's more about your brand than about the corporate brand. Somebody who believes that is John Humphrey with Connect for Life.
