On this Christmas Day, we welcome in the fabulous singer/songwriter/mutli-instrumentalist John McCutcheon!

John has a new album out, 'Bucket List'.  We discuss meditation - both the standard way, and how music can be meditative.  His Christmas song, Christmas in the Trenches, which explores the impromptu soccer game between British and German troops in the First World War.
