John Petrides is looking for value plays and is interested in healthcare and industrials, as well as international markets. “The stock market is going to sell off at some point in time,” he warns, “The question is when, why, and…for how long?” On the economy, he thinks the Fed will be under pressure ahead of midterm elections to bring rates down. John likes small caps, expecting the U.S. to avoid a recession next year.
