I connected with John Jr through multiple friends and family after he moved down here. We played some golf, attended some events and when he started his business I was able to work with him and support his local business. One thing I love is getting to know the why behind someones story. In Johns story, he left a multigenerational family business to begin something new down in South Florida. He moved down prior to the pandemic and took a look at several service based businesses before selecting landscaping. From there it took off and what started as one truck turned into multiple trucks and teams of people, starting a pest control business and then bringing the true passion of Home building back to the forefront. 

John wanted to prove to himself he could start something from scratch and with the love, support and sweat equity from his family and brother Mark they have been building and working on the dream. In John's words "he burned the boats" and never looked back.
