John & Tammy: San Diego's Morning Show

While at the Padres game on Sunday, John was taking a quick stand to stretch his back between innings. A woman behind him got a little rude and asked him to sit down because he was blocking her. Before he could even say a word his daughter Abbey stepped in to defend her dad! 

It's been a while since we did a "That's All I Need to Know About You," but Tammy experienced something over the weekend that she just couldn't keep to herself! 

It wasn't a great weekend for the Padres with a couple bad losses at home over the weekend. But it wasn't all bad news as it was announced that 5 players will be a part of the All Star team this year! Turns out, John knows nothing about baseball... 

Foo Fighter's leader Dave Grohl got all cleaned up, including a suit and tie.. to attend Wimbledon.  In what country is Wimbledon held? 

Kevin Bacon once put on a disguise and spent a day as a regular person, and it SUCKED.  Quote, "People were kind of pushing past me, not being nice.  Nobody said, 'I love you.'  I had to wait in line .  Kevin became a star playing Ren McCormick, a high school outsider that challenges his town's law against dancing in what movie?

Day #3 of Service Pet for a Vet! 

For years after Nick left the service he dealt with bad PTSD that put him in a dark place. He had a hard time doing something as little as going outside his house and being a part of the community. That changed in March when he received service dog Nina from Paws for Purple Hearts. In three months time it has changed his entire perspective. He talked to us this morning about the massive effect Nina has had on his life and why supporting Paws for Purple Hearts is so important.
